You must be at least 16 years of age to use our services. If you are between 16 and 18 years old, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You may not share your account with others, use another person's account without permission, create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes, or use automated systems to create accounts. You are solely responsible for ensuring your login information remains secure. We recommend using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication where available. CNCForge Institute will never ask for your password via email or phone. You must provide truthful information during registration and promptly update your account if information changes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in suspicious activity.
CNCForge Institute provides educational content and services related to 3D modeling, CNC programming, CAD/CAM systems, toolpath optimization, milling technology, industrial design, and mechanical engineering. Our platform offers online courses, video tutorials, interactive exercises, downloadable resources, certification programs, and community forums. Access to certain content may require payment of fees or subscription charges.
When you purchase or enroll in a course, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the educational materials for personal, non-commercial learning purposes only. Course access is typically granted for the duration specified at the time of purchase or enrollment. We strive to maintain continuous availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services, including course content, features, or availability, with reasonable notice to users. Refund policies for paid courses are outlined separately and may vary based on the type of content purchased.
All content on the CNCForge Institute platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, software, course materials, 3D models, CAD/CAM files, CNC programs, images, audio files, and compilation thereof, is the property of CNCForge Institute or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our platform except as permitted for personal learning purposes. You may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices. Systematic retrieval of content to create collections, compilations, or databases is prohibited. Commercial use of any content without express written permission is strictly forbidden. User-generated content that you submit (such as project submissions, forum posts, or feedback) grants us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving our services.
You agree to use our platform responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: violating any local, national, or international law; infringing upon intellectual property rights; transmitting harmful code such as viruses or malware; engaging in unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; interfering with the proper functioning of the platform; and impersonating any person or entity.
You must not harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users; post or transmit any defamatory, obscene, or offensive content; engage in any form of spam or unsolicited advertising; attempt to manipulate course ratings or reviews; share or sell course materials with unauthorized parties; use automated systems to scrape or download content; or engage in any activity that could damage our reputation or business interests. Forum and community participation must be respectful and constructive. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these standards. Severe violations may result in legal action and reporting to appropriate authorities.
Fees for courses, subscriptions, and services are stated in the applicable currency at the time of purchase. All prices are subject to change without notice, though changes will not affect existing purchases. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account, including applicable taxes. Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors, and you must provide valid payment information.
Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected plan (monthly, quarterly, or annually) and will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel subscriptions through your account settings. Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase and timing of the request. Generally, refunds for individual courses may be requested within 14 days of purchase if less than 25% of the course content has been accessed. Subscription fees may be refunded on a pro-rata basis under certain circumstances. Custom certification programs, one-on-one instruction, and downloaded materials are typically non-refundable. CNCForge Institute provides educational content and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of our content for any particular purpose. While we strive for accuracy in our courses about 3D modeling, CNC programming, and milling technology, technology evolves rapidly, and we cannot guarantee that all content reflects the latest industry standards or practices.
We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CNCForge Institute, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use or inability to use our services. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our platform and to read the terms and conditions of any other site you visit. We shall not be liable for any harm or damages related to the use of third-party websites or resources.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Use.
